
ABOUT ANDREA
Andrea Kaye Hansen is a self-taught designer, artist, and second-generation seamstress whose work bridges the worlds of couture craftsmanship and fine art. Rooted in the tradition of handwork and storytelling through fabric, she specializes in bespoke bridal and formalwear that speaks to the poetry of personal expression.

Raised in Louisville, Kentucky, Andrea’s creative journey was shaped by the city’s rich arts community. She has worked professionally with The Louisville Ballet and The Kentucky Opera, and her work has been featured in multiple KMAC Couture Fashion Shows. Her collaborations extend to local nonprofit institutions, including Sarabande Books and Kentucky to the World, where she continues to explore the dialogue between fashion, literature, and place.

Now based in Portland, Oregon, Andrea continues to evolve a practice that expands the depth of her creative expression.
